Shipping & Returns
Postage and Delivery:
We cannot specify delivery times as orders can be so varied. However we shall endeavour to inform you of an approximate delivery date once you have confirmed your order.
All orders are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Post, Special Delivery and Parcel Line.
Liability for goods delivered passes to the customer upon delivery. Should you wish to return the goods (we cannot accept retuned goods that have been modified in any way e.g. printed, sublimated or engraved) you are required to take all reasonable care to ensure they remain unworn and undamaged while in your possession? Punch-Craft Ltd may decline to accept returned goods which are, in our opinion, unfit for resale.
Deliveries will only be made to the address specified and must be signed for by the person who placed the order. We regret that we cannot accept the signature of a minor (person aged under 18 years) when delivering goods.
Dealing with an undelivered order:
If you experience a delay in receiving an order, and have first confirmed that it has been dispatched you should first contact your local sorting office.

Returns Policy:
- You must contact us for authorization before returning any goods.
- We regret that we cannot accept returned goods that have been modified in any way (e.g. printed, sublimated or engraved).
- Goods must be returned undamaged and unworn, in the original packaging.
- The customer shall pay all carriage costs incurred when returning goods unless otherwise agreed by ourselves in advance.
- Where goods have not been delivered, we will refund the total amount paid by you for the goods within 30 days of cancellation.
- Where goods have been delivered, we will only issue a refund upon receipt of the returned goods in a satisfactory condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a reduced settlement if the returned goods are not, in our opinion, fit for resale.
- Liability for goods being returned remains with the customer until such times as the goods have been received by Punch-Craft Ltd.
- All cancellations must be made in writing.
