Terms & Conditions of Trading

Each purchaser is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, currency and compliance of its own material and will be solely liable for false, misleading, inaccurate, or material which infringes the copyright of a third party or any analogous right or other actionable material contained or referred to therein and agrees to indemnify the website owner, their successors and assigns each of their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively "Website Owner") from and against any and all liability, damages, losses, claims (including reasonable legal fees) resulting in any way from its use of and from any material posted on this website.

The following are terms and conditions for the sale of goods that will govern any contract for sale that we enter into with you.

  • You have the right to cancel your contract within 7 days and receive a full refund (unless they have been personalised).
  • While we endeavour to fulfil orders as quickly as possible, we cannot guarantee delivery times. We will advise clients of any delay in excess of 28 days and offer the client an option to cancel or amend their order should the expected delivery time exceed 28 days.
  • For orders paid by cheque, your cheque will be banked immediately upon receipt. Goods will not be dispatched prior to the cheque clearing our bank.
  • All cancellations must be made in writing.
  • You must contact us for authorization before returning any goods.
  • We regret that we cannot accept returned goods that have been modified in any way (e.g. printed, embroidered, sublimated or engraved).
  • Goods must be returned undamaged and unworn, in the original packaging.
  • The customer shall pay all carriage costs incurred when returning goods unless otherwise agreed by ourselves in advance.
  • Where goods have not been delivered, we will refund the total amount paid by you for the goods within 30 days of cancellation.
  • Where goods have been delivered, we will only issue a refund upon receipt of the returned goods in a satisfactory condition. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or offer a reduced settlement if the returned goods are not, in our opinion, fit for resale.
  • Liability for goods being returned remains with the customer until such times as the goods have been received by Punch-Craft Ltd.
  • Any and all disputes arising between clients and Punch-Craft Ltd will be governed solely by the laws of Scotland, United Kingdom.


Ordering and Pricing

There are several methods of ordering from us: by web site, post, telephone or personal visit. All orders must be paid for in full and payments cleared prior to dispatch. Payments can be made by Paypal or cheque. All prices shown are exclusive of VAT where applicable and include delivery charges.

Prices shown on this website constitute an invitation to trade only.

No contract shall exist between a client and Punch-Craft Ltd until the order has been processed, accepted and charged to the client's account. Punch-Craft Ltd reserves the right to refuse to supply goods at the price shown on this site where that price has been entered in error.
