How do I place an order with Punch-Craft Ltd?
Our online shop will allow you to order and customise our most popular items. Follow the instructions to place your order then pay online.

Can I place an order over the phone?
If you wish to discuss your requirements with us or place an order over the telephone, please feel free to call 01236 734222. We regret that we cannot accept card payments over the phone however you can still pay for your order online or by cheque or cash in person. Please note that if paying by cheque your order will not be dispatched until your cheque is cleared through our account.
How do I pay for my order?
We accept all major credit cards, through PayPal and you may also pay by cheque or cash in person, if you order over the phone.
We regret that we cannot accept card payments by telephone.

What do you charge for setup?
All online orders include free setup!
How much will it cost to digitise my logo for embroidering?
Orders placed online include free digitisation. If your logo is particularly complex, we do reserve the right to add on a nominal charge for our time in turning your artwork into a file suitable for embroidery.
What file type should my logo be supplied in?
The best quality logos are vectors in EPS, AI or PDF format. These are already digitised in a language our embroidery machines understand. Should you not have these, perhaps you could obtain your logo in one of these formats from your printer or designer?
If you only have JPG or PNG versions of your logo, we have to convert it into a suitable format. Whilst we try our best to match the logo exactly, there may be slight differences.
What is Punchcraft’s minimum order?
We can supply you with only one item if required, with larger quantities attracting a discount. The more you buy, the more you save!
What is your charge for delivery?
The price of your delivery will be shown at the checkout, the price will depend on the size and weight of your order, Free UK delivery for orders over £150.00 ex of vat. We use Royal Mail First Class post, Special Delivery and courier company UPS.
Out of Stock Items
Whilst we endeavour to complete your order in full, we cannot guarantee 100% stock at all times. In the event of stock shortage, we will call you with an alternative at no extra cost.
What fonts are available?
As hand and machine engravers we can engrave almost any font you require, we also have hundreds of embroidery fonts to choice from. Our most popular are available to order online, but if you wish for a specific one, please contact us.
What trophies are available?
We supply trophies for most sports and pastimes, check out our online catalogue if you can’t find what you are looking for give us a call we have many more catalogues we can refer to.
What happens once I’ve placed my order?
Once you have placed your order and payment has been received, we will check all the details carefully. If we are unsure about any aspect of your order we will contact you for instructions before proceeding, so please ensure you include a telephone contact number with your order.
How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
Once your order has been completed, we will e-mail / phone you to inform you of the expected delivery date.
How long will my order take to process?
Our normal delivery is between 5 – 10 working days as long as all your goods are in stock. Glass engraving may take a little longer due to the work involved in this process, we will contact you with expected delivery date.
Do Punchcraft offer any discounts?
Depending on the size and value of your order we may be able to offer a discount please feel free to ask! We do feel our prices are very competitive but we are always willing to have a look at discounting your order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes you can save yourself Postage and Packaging by picking up your order, we are always very happy to meet new customers. Just choose this option at checkout and we’ll let you know when it’s available.
