Q / How do I place an order with Punch-Craft Ltd
A / Please find the items you are interested in ordering, fill in the Quotation Form giving as much detail as possible, i.e. engraving instructions, embroidery size and
position and how many colours are in your design, e-mail your design to us preferably in jpeg format and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
Q / Can I place an order over the phone?
A / If you wish to discuss your requirements with us or place an order over the telephone, please feel free to call 01236 734222, you will still have to pay for your order by one of the methods below, if paying by cheque your order will not be dispatched until your cheque is cleared through our account.
Personalization / Engraving instructions will only be accepted by hard copy via post, fax or e-mail; Verbal instructions will not be taken.
Q / How do I pay for my order?
A / We accept all major credit cards, through Nochex or Paypal you may also pay by cheque.
Please indicate your preferred method of payment on our quotation form.
Q / What is Punch-Crafts minimum order?
A / We can supply you with only one item if required, if you order 12 or more mixed garments your embroidery design set up will be free.
Q / What is your charge for delivery?
A / The price of your delivery will be shown on your quotation, the price will depend on the size and weight of your order, Free UK delivery for orders over £150.00 ex of vat. We use Royal Mail first class post, Special Delivery and Initial City Link.
All prices stated on our web site are for single items.
Q / Out of Stock Items.
A / Whilst we endeavour to complete your order in full, we cannot guarantee 100% stock at all times. In the event of stock shortage, we will call you with an alternative at no extra cost.
Q / What fonts are available.
A / As hand and machine engravers we can engrave any font you require, we also
have hundreds of embroidery fonts to choice from. Font setup is FREE.
Q / What trophies are available.
A / We supply trophies for most sports and pastimes, check out our online catalogue
if you can’t find what you are looking for give us a call we have many more
catalogues we can refer to.
Q / What happens once I’ve sent my order.
A / Once you have sent in your order and payment, we will check all the details,
if unsure of these we will contact you to clarify.
Q / How will I know when my order has been dispatched?
A / Once your order has been completed, we will e-mail / phone you to inform you
of the expected delivery date.
Q / How long will my order take to process?
A / Our normal delivery is between 5 - 10 working days as long as all your goods are
in stock. Glass engraving may take a little longer due to the time involved in this
process, we will contact you with expected delivery date.
Q / Do Punch-Craft offer any discounts?
A / Depending on the size and value of your order we may be able to offer a discount
please feel free to ask!!!. We do feel our prices are very competitive but we are
always willing to have a look at discounting your order.
Q / Can I pick up my order?
A / Yes you can save yourself Postage and Packaging by picking up your order, we
are always very happy to meet new customers and to show them around.
