Delivery and Returns
Most of our products are dispatched by Royal Mail, we also use a courier for larger orders. If you have not received your order, you must check with your sorting office even if you have not received notification from your postman that they are holding items for you.
In the event that we reproduce an item for you and subsequently the original is returned as undelivered by Royal Mail, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee up to 100% of the price of the returned goods.
We reserve the right to wait up to 10 working days from the date of dispatch before taking further action regarding the undelivered item.
Goods supplied will normally be delivered within 7 working days from acceptance of order but in any event, within 15 days after the contract is entered into. We do not deliver outside the UK. Most of our goods will be delivered well within this time. Once we’ve dispatched your goods, Royal Mail aims to deliver your order within 2-3 working days. Due to the fact that most of our goods are personalised in one way or another, we cannot always offer a next day service.
The lead time may vary during public holidays and circumstances which are beyond the control of Punchcraft Ltd.
Please note that part of an order may be delivered separately within the delivery time, you will not pay any extra postage charge.
We cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to the actions of a third parties.
You can choose from two flat-rate UK delivery options:
Economy Delivery – £3.99+vat
Your order will be delivered within 3-5 working days, after dispatch.
Next Day Delivery – £9.99+vat
Your order will be delivered the next working day, after dispatch.
Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland and some remote areas, Highlands & Islands of the UK may not be covered by our normal delivery service and will not allow for online ordering. Please contact us to discuss delivery to these areas.
Any order totalling £150 excluding VAT will be delivered next-day after dispatch, free of charge!
As all orders are customised and require a personal touch, goods are normally dispatched within 3-5 working days; sometimes sooner.

Return & Exchange Policy
Please check all items as soon as they arrive, if an item is damaged, or not as ordered, please inform us within 7 days. The majority of our goods are personalised if you are not completely satisfied with your non-personalised goods return them to us within 14 days of receipt, as we cannot make any refunds, credits or exchanges outside of this time. The cost of returning goods to us shall be borne by you. We are unable to refund postage costs on unwanted non-personalised goods.
Personalised goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty, if this is the case please contact us and we will advise, goods must be returned in their original packaging.
Refunds will be make in the same method a payment was made, we recommend you return items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any missing parcels.
If you have received a faulty item, please contact us quoting your order number, name and address and details of the fault to firstname.lastname@example.org, we will then advise you on how to proceed, refunds cannot be given if the fault is a result of misuse, returns must be made within 14 days.
